* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Terrill Snyder
Terrill Lee Snyder, 81, of Rockford, passed away at 4:28 PM on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice.
He was born July 14, 1937, in Mendon, to the late Arvella Lucille (Freewald) and Waldo Woodrow Snyder.
A 1955 graduate of Mendon High School, Terrill went on to serve in the United States Army as a Tank Master Gunner Specialist stationed in Germany. He was a lifelong farmer and retired from Huffy Corp. after 40 years. Terrill went on to work at Burns and at Walmart for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda (King) Snyder of Rockford; son, Terry Lee Snyder; grandson, Vincent Terrill Snyder, both of Los Angeles, CA; brother, Stephen Dee (Audrey) Snyder of Mendon and sister, Jill Emily (Dan) Myers of Tampa, FL.
In addition to his parents, Terrill was preceded in death by his brother, Woodrow Waldo Snyder; sister, Roberta Kay Snyder; and his beloved dog, Daisey.
Services will be observed privately by his family.
