Drug cases bog down local court
CELINA - Judge Jeffrey Ingraham said the Mercer County Common Pleas Court has been bogged down of late with criminal cases, mostly relating to drugs.
St. Marys officials trim city budget
ST. MARYS - City officials have trimmed $1.2 million from the proposed $70 million 2019 city budget.
