* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Victoria Sims
Victoria S. Sims, age 66 of Coldwater, Ohio died on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born March 31, 1952 in Coldwater to the late Seranus Seitz & Dolores (Huelsman) Seitz who survives in Coldwater. She married Phil Sims on July 13, 1974 and he survives in Coldwater.
She is survived by children, Matthew M. & Nicole Sims and Bethany A. Sims & John Murphy all of Columbus; four grandchildren, Maxwell and Alexander Sims, Sebastian and Rowan Murphy; siblings and in-laws, Shirley Seitz of West Milton, Mary & Tony Stammen of Coldwater, John & Ginny Seitz of Celina, Cindy Walling of West Milton, and Jim Seitz of Atlanta, Georgia.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater. She was co-owner of Confetti Salon in Coldwater for over 14 years and previously worked as an Educational Consultant at Matrix Essentials.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 1 to 4 PM on Sunday, December 9 and from 9 to 10 AM on Monday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
