Ivo L. Scott, age 88, of Coldwater passed away at Mercer Health Hospital, Coldwater on Monday, February 25, 2019.

He was born August 12, 1930 in Ft. Recovery to the late Stewart & Etta (Dilworth) Scott. On November 10, 1951, he married Leona Baumer and she still resides in Coldwater.

He is survived by his children and spouses, Patricia & Michael Prenger of Celina, Richard & Karen Scott of Maria Stein, Sandra & David Wilker of New Bremen, Sharon & Richard Luebke of Coldwater, Randall & Janice Scott of Coldwater, Douglas & Darlene Scott of Maria Stein, and Diane Wenning of Coldwater; 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; siblings; Glen Scott, Dora Plough and Doris Westfall.

He is preceded in death by 2 great-grandchildren and siblings; Eldon Scott and George Scott.

Ivo was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, former member of the Coldwater American Legion, and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was retired from Pax Steel.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, March 4, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma. Burial with military rites will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery.

Friends may call from 1 to 5 pm Sunday and 9 to 9:45 am Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
