Areas of fog have developed, some of which have been locally dense to under a mile. By 9:00 or 10:00, this fog is expected to lift as westerly winds of 10-15 mph help mix out the moist air in place.
Commuters should be prepared for patchy areas of significantly reduced visibilities. These reduced visibilities are not confined to the normal fog prone areas and should be accounted for when traveling this morning.

Claudia Jane Hoover, 41, of Celina, OH died 9:35 p.m. Wednesday April 24, 2019 at State of the Heart Hospice in Greenville, OH.

She was born November 24, 1977 to Claudie and Frankie Jane (Triplett) Hoover.

She is survived by: mother Frankie Jane (Dave) Lewis of Coldwater, OH; Brother Joe Hoover of Alva, OK; Sister Kim (Mike) Hanjora of Spencerville, OH; Brother Jay (Misty) Hoover of Alva, OK; Sister Kathy (Mike) Rutter of Ft. Recovery, OH; Sister Lex Hoover of Paris, TX; Nieces and nephews: Amanda (Cody) Stachler, Nick (Alyssa) Rutter, Jerrica (Jarrod) Lyle, Devan (Ben) Werling, Corryna Rutter, Jared Earlenbaugh, Casey (Bethany) Hoover, Tara (Matt) Grandstaff, Zack (Jessica) Brown, Jeremiah Hoover, Jeremy (Nova) Rutter, Titus Hoover, Harley Hoover, Rylee Zuege, Justus Hoover, Jace Hoover; Great-nieces and great-nephews: Braxtyn and Zandre Lyle; Bryson, Andi, Maylynn and Brayden Rutter; Caiden Stachler; Luke Rutter; Brayden Brown.

She attended Only Believe Ministries in Botkins, OH. Her favorite pastimes included playing BINGO, visiting casinos and cooking.

Rites are scheduled to begin 3:00 p.m. Saturday April 27, 2019 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St Marys, with Pastor Ed Ingram, officiating.

Visitation 1-3 p.m. on Saturday.
