Areas of fog have developed, some of which have been locally dense to under a mile. By 9:00 or 10:00, this fog is expected to lift as westerly winds of 10-15 mph help mix out the moist air in place.
Commuters should be prepared for patchy areas of significantly reduced visibilities. These reduced visibilities are not confined to the normal fog prone areas and should be accounted for when traveling this morning.

Sandra Manuszak
Sandra M. Manuszak, age 71 of Springfield, OH, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Good Shepherd Village in Springfield.
She was born on January 19, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Herman and Iva (White) Lyda.
She is survived by two daughters, Glenda DeVinney of Alexandria, VA, and Christina Roberts of New Carlisle, OH, three grandchildren, Hillary Grindle, Kory Stukenborg, and Nicholas Shroyer, and one great-granddaughter, Savannah Grindle.
She was preceded in death by one son, Glen DeVinney, and one brother, Christopher Lyda.
Mrs. Manuszak earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wright State University. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be greatly missed.
In keeping with Mrs. Manuszak's wishes, she will be cremated and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the family's convenience. Final arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave, Sidney, OH.
