* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina utilities employee Brian Lantz hangs a banner recognizing the military service of Lt. Col. Arthur W. Krick on Friday morning along Logan Street in Celina ahead of the July Fourth holiday. Forty-two new banners were hung on Friday to join 12 already displayed on East Market Street. Craig Obringer, organizer of the banner project and Veterans Forever Inc., said forms to recognize veterans are available at the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars, Celina American Legion, Celina Municipal Building, Identity Salon and the Mercer County Veterans Service office.
