* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Lochtefeld
Richard L. Lochtefeld age 95, long time resident of St. Rose and recently of Ft. Recovery, died Friday August 2, 2019 at The Gardens at St. Henry.
He was born on February 24th 1924 in St. Rose, to the late Vincent & Mathilda (Reinhard) Lochtefeld. On February 4, 1972, he married Luella Marshel Brunswick, and she survives in Ft. Recovery.
Rich is survived by his step children Dale & Donna Brunswick of Woodland, Texas, and Sharon & Mark Long of Ft. Recovery, one grandchild, Kelly Long, and a sister Ruth Bender.
Rich is preceded in death by a grandson, Shane Long, as well as siblings, Aloys Lochtefeld, Fr. Tobias Lochtefeld, and Rosemary Lochtefeld, Rita Fogle, and Agnes Lochtefeld.
He graduated from St. John's High in Maria Stein in 1942. He retired from Delco Product G.M. after forty years. He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, St. Rose, and the Holy Name Society. Rich did maintenance work and lectured in the church for many years.
He was a member for over 50 years, of the Knights of Columbus in Minster, The St. Gaspar Assembly of Fourth Degree Knights, and of the Catholic Order of Foresters of Dayton. He was on the 2158 Home Corp. Board for 43 years, and sponsored children in Guatemala for a number of years.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday August 6th at 10:30 AM at St. Rose Catholic Church in St. Rose. Burial will follow in St. Rose Cemetery.
Friends may call 3:00-7:00 PM on Monday, August 5, 2019 and 9:00-10:00 AM Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
