Employee fell 30 feet while on lift machine

CELINA - A Fort Wayne, Indiana, man fell 30 feet to his death in an industrial accident on Friday morning, according to a Mercer County Sheriff's office news release.
Alexis Ivan Gutierrez Sanvicente, 23, of Weisser Park Avenue, Fort Wayne, was operating an industrial lift machine to place items onto a platform at his workplace at 5424 Watkins Road, St. Henry, in the early hours of the day, according to the release. [More]
