* Flash Flood Warning for... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Timothy 'Buck' Kohnen
Timothy Charles "Buck" Kohnen, age 61, of Celina, passed away Monday, October 14, 2019, in the Emergency Department at Mercer County CommunityHospital, Coldwater.
He was born August 27, 1958, in Celina, to the late Norbert J. & Mary Evelyn (Meier) Kohnen. Tim and Tracy (Taylor) Lautzenheiser were married on July 19, 2019.
She survives, along with children: Corey Lee Kohnen of San Clemente, CA, Jonathon Ray Kohnen of Celina, Wesley Eugene Kohnen of Rockford, Lindsey Nicole Fullenkamp, Taylor Lynn Lautzenheiser, and Ryan James Lautzenheiser, of Celina. Also surviving are three sisters and a brother: Karen (Kirk) Habegger of Decatur, Indiana, Marilyn Reser of Lima, Patricia (Tom) McDermitt and Ronald Kohnen of Celina, and ten grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Karen Kohnen.
Tim was a graduate of Vantage Vocational School. He worked as a machinist at Elmco in Van Wert, and was also a farmer. He was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church and Eagles Lodge #1291 in Celina. Tim greatly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, and he loved horses.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, October 19, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina. Pastor Mick Whistler will officiate.
Calling Hours are 3:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, October 18, and 9:00-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, at the Funeral Home.
