* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Couple admits to tampering with records

CELINA - Two former Celina restaurateurs have been sentenced to cooperate with the U.S. Attorney's Office after each pleaded guilty to three counts of tampering with records, a third-degree felony.
Mei Yu Zheng, 46, and Kang Yong Chen, 47, entered their pleas on Thursday in Mercer County Common Pleas Court as part of a plea deal. Two counts of telecommunications fraud, which both Zheng and Chen had faced, were dismissed as part of the deal. [More]
