L. Jay Miller
L. Jay Miller, age 93, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 8:45 am.
He was born in Willshire, Ohio on February 3, 1926 to the late Oscar and Hila May (Slusser) Miller.
Survivors include his children, Mark "Buck" (Sue) Miller, Celina and Marsha Houston, Celina; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and twenty great great grandchildren.
Jay was preceded in death by two children, Carla Miller and Patricia Combs.
Jay retired from Goodyear Tire Company after 30 plus years of service. He enjoyed his retirement in Florida, spending time with his friends, and watching the Reds and Bengals. He was a member of The Celina Masonic Lodge #241.
Funeral services will begin at 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Rick Brosher, officiating, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Masonic services will be held at 4:30 pm. Burial will be at a later date in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, Ohio.
