* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Ruby Sorah
Ruby Elizabeth Sorah, age 94, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at her home in Largo, Florida.
She was born September 3, 1925, in Nonesuch, Kentucky. Ruby was one in a family of eight children born to the late
Henry & Maggie Hanks Strange. Ruby's husband, Joseph H. Sorah, preceded her in death.
She is survived by two sons: Jim (Roxann) Sorah of St. Marys and Steven (Carolyn) Sorah of Largo; grandchildren: Michael J. Sorah, Karen E. Sorah, Stephanie Ann Sorah and Melinda Jean (Brian) Pitzer; step-grandchildren: Robin (Mark) Freer, Kriss (Lisa) Schmidt, Gregg (Amy) Schmidt, Erinn (James) Eshelman and Jason Sorrell; and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Ruby's seven brothers & sisters all preceded her in death.
Ruby was a homemaker, and enjoyed collecting antiques.
Calling Hours will be held at the old Friends Church, 118 N. Pine St. in St. Marys, from 12:00 Noon - 2:00 PM, on Saturday, February 15, with the Funeral Service to begin at 2:00. Burial will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
