* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Linus Jutte
Linus C. Jutte, age 83, of Celina, passed away January 15, 2021, at the Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus.
He was born February 15, 1937, in Mercer County. His parents, Samuel & Clara (Guggenbiller) Jutte, and all of his brothers & sisters, preceded him in death.
Linus is survived by his children: Patrick Jutte of Venedocia, Chris (Scott) Pierstorff of Celina, Jackie (Keith) Hansel of St. Marys, Donna (Mike) Woodcock of Auburn, IN and Jerry (Jackie) Jutte of Celina, 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren,
and a sister-in-law, Betty Jutte, of Fort Recovery.
Linus was the owner and operator of Jutte's Celina Engine Service. Over the years, he had been employed at Mersman Furniture and Jack Kerns Chevrolet in Celina, ICM in Van Wert, and was a bus driver for Celina City Schools.
Linus was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, VFW Post #5713, and the Knights of Columbus Council #1800, all of Celina.
Some favorite pastimes were repairing and restoring scooters, motorcycles and cars.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date, with burial to take place at St. Henry Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Celina Knights of Columbus Council #1800.
