* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mark Kuhr
Mark A. Kuhr, age 67, of Celina passed away at 3:50 pm on January 27, 2020 at St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville, Ohio.
Mark was born on June 10, 1953 in Coldwater. He married Rosie (Temple) Kuhr on March 7, 1981 and she survives at their residence in Celina.
He graduated in 1971 from St. Marys Memorial High School. Mark proudly served his country in the United States Navy; he worked as an electrician for Omni Source in St. Marys.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina. Funeral services will follow visiting hours at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Rev. Allan P. Brown officiating.
Attendees are required to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the national concerns of COVID-19. Masks are required by attendees at visitation and funeral service.
