* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Dallas Coats
Dallas Edward Coats, age 83, of Celina, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born May 14, 1937, in Mercer County, to the late Howard Franklin & Mildred Leona (Roberts) Coats.
Dallas is survived by three children: Teresa (Harold) Betz of Fort Recovery, Stacy (Lloyd) Fields of Celina, and Dallas Todd (Sharon) Coats of Wapakoneta, a sister & brother: Barb Doty of Wapakoneta and Jim (Bonnie) Coats of Celina, 15 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
He is also survived by a brother-in-law & sisters-in-law: Norma Joan Coats of Sebring, FL, and Vivian Coats, Charles J. "Butch" Zizelman, Juanita Matthews, Betty Sites and Patty Wilson, all of Celina, and a number of nieces & nephews.
  Preceding him in death was a son, Garry Leon Coats, daughter, Sherri Renee (John) Leugers, grandson, Larry Wine Jr., brothers & sisters: Howard Coats, Betty (Thomas) Coombs, Irvin "Whitey" (Barbara) Coats, Don (Dorothy) Coats, Joyce (Charles "Red") Ward and Vernon Paul Coats; and brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law: Bill Doty, Catherine (Junior) Rickard, Margaret Louise (Paul) Spindler, Gene Zizelman and John Sites.
Dallas retired from Huffy Bicycles in Celina after 40+ years of service.
He was a member of Celina Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1291, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1473, American Legion Post #210 and VFW Post #5713. Dallas enjoyed fishing and shooting.
Calling Hours will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, on Monday, February 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 12 Noon, with the Funeral Service to begin at Noon. Pastor Jon Exman is officiating.
Burial will follow at Friends Chapel Cemetery, near Rockford.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the Donor's Choice.
Those attending are required to wear masks, practice social distancing as much as possible, and follow the COVID-19 guidelines established by Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health.
