* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 30 to 40 mph will be common, but the highest gusts near 50 mph will be sporadic. Gusts will decrease behind a cold front that will move through the area this morning.

CELINA - A Celina woman who was arrested at the scene of a house fire Thursday night has been charged with assault, a fourth-degree felony, for slapping a police officer.
Mercer Health has updated its visitors policy, according to a news release.
Two adult visitors, meeting all general guidelines and screenings, are now allowed at a time in the the intensive and acute care units, pediatrics, surgery and in the emergency department.
