* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eileen Strobel
Eileen E. Strobel, age 88, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 5:04 am at Celina Manor.
She was born on May 4, 1933 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Fern and Anna (Sheeley) Caron. She married Carl P. Strobel on September 25, 1954 and he preceded her in death on May 15, 2020.
  Survivors include her daughter, Sue Anna (James) Markins, Celina; two grandchildren, Jaden and Hunter; two great grandchildren, Blakley and Remington; and many nieces and nephews.
  She is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Charlie (Louise) Caron, Catherine Roberts, Alveta (Harry) Garrett, Carl (Boots) Caron, Al (Gerry) Caron and Steven Caron.
  Eileen was a 1951 graduate of Jefferson High School in Dayton. She retired from the Celina Manor as the head of maintenance. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Celina, Celina Moose, Celina VFW Post #5713 and Celina American Legion Post #210.
  Eileen and her husband, Carl spent 14 wonderful years in Florida. They were married 65 years and enjoyed camping, singing karaoke, boating, golf carting and hanging out with friends at the local clubs. Eileen also loved crocheting, watching the Reds, and OSU Buckeyes.
  Due to restrictions of the Covid-19 virus we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office.
  Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at North Grove Cemetery in Celina, Ohio, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating.
  Memorial Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater, Ohio.
