* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

The Purple Heart awarded to Robert Bailey posthumously. Bailey, a Petty Officer 3rd Class, was a casualty aboard the USS Oklahoma when it was sunk in the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
