At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Opal Jeannette Zimmerman
Opal Jeannette Zimmerman, age 88 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born on May 3, 1933 in Celina, Ohio to the late Chester L. and Blanche L. (Howell) Fetters. On October 3, 1970 She married Charles B. Zimmerman, who survives living in Celina.
She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law Teresa (Gregory) Harris of Grove City, daughter-in-law Sandra Kruger of Lewis Center, Five Grandchildren, Six Great Grandchildren, two brothers and sister-in-law George "Dick" Fetters of Mountpelier, Ronnie (Becky) Fetters of Celina, sister Pamela Kovar of Hillard and her step sister-in-law Alphie Sowders of Cincinnati.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Roland F. Kruger, two sons Gregory Kruger, Douglas Kruger, two brothers Rex Fetters, Jerry Fetters, sister Judy Martin, sister-in-law Rita Jean Fetters and her step brother Herschel Sowders.
Jeannette was formerly employed at Mersmans in Celina and retired from Huffy's in Celina. She was a member of the Landfair United Methodist Church in Celina and the Celina American Legion Unit #210 Auxiliary.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Kenneth Lehman officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. Until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, before the service at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post #210, 2510 State Route 703, Celina, Ohio 45822.
