* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Rausch
Robert Edgar Rausch, age 77, of Celina, passed away on September 30, 2021 at his sons residence in Tampa, Florida.
He was born November 29, 1943 in Dover, Ohio to the late Edgar and Maxine (Varnes) Rausch. On January 10, 1970 he married Susan (Dilliard) Rausch and she survives in Celina.
Other survivors include his children, Heather (Chris) Henry, Celina and Robert (Charity) Rausch, Tampa, Florida; six grandchildren Kennedy, Brek and Callan Henry and Riley, Reid and Rowan Rausch; a sister, Mary Ellen Walls; and a brother, Brad Rausch.
Bob was a 1961 graduate of Dover High School and went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree in Education at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio and a Master's Degree in Education from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He retired from Celina City School as a 7th grade science teacher after 30 years. He enjoyed reading books and articles on religion, politics and medicine. Bob loved trying new recipes for baked goods and dinners.
At the end he fought hard against Cancer and several lung conditions. He spent his last days living with his son in Tampa Florida. He enjoyed soaking up the sun and warmth and visiting the picturesque waterways.
Private services with be held at the convenience of the Rausch family. Cisco Funeral Homes of Celina & St. Marys are honored to care for Bob and his family.
