* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize and Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 110 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, New Knoxville, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

* Until 400 PM EDT.
* At 108 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Minster girls capture 14th state championship

OBETZ - Led by top-10 finishers Maggie Hemmelgarn and Taylor Roth, the Minster girls cross country team ran away with its 14th state title in the Division III state championship at Fortress Obetz on Saturday.
The Wildcats had a score of 66 points after the first mile and didn't concede a single one, beating second-place Liberty Center by 42 points. [More]
Tri Star, campus to work together

CELINA - Wright State University-Lake Campus plans to expand its business enterprise center with a workforce development section, adding about 10,000 square feet to the campus.
The new addition will allow the Lake Campus to expand "its advanced manufacturing and robotics programs and offer more credentials, certificates and apprenticeship opportunities," according to a June news release. [More]

MARIA STEIN - In the first quarter Fort Loramie ran 22 offensive plays compared to six for Marion Local, and yet the Redskins trailed 15-0.
It was all about the big plays for the Flyers whose first three scores came on a 77-yard run, an 83-yard interception return and a 57-yard run.
ANNA - Fort Recovery had no answers for Zach Ambos and Anna on Saturday night.
