* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wanda Young
Wanda P. (Dock) Young, age 95, of Celina, passed away peacefully at her home in Celina on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 10:48 am.
She was born in Coldwater on May 28, 1926 to the late Waldo & Lala (Long) Dock. On December 30, 1949, she married John D. Young, who preceded her in death.
  Wanda is survived by her two children: David (Pam) Young of Celina and Karen (Ron) Heindel of Celina; her six grandchildren: Bryan (Deb Morales) Young of San, Francisco, CA, Johnathan (Kathy Pudenz) Young of Miamisburg, OH, Matthew (Kristen) Heindel of Galloway, OH, Daniel (Cheryl) Heindel of Celina, Darren (Michelle) Heindel of Celina and Douglas (Janet) Heindel of Plain City, OH; ten great grandchildren; three nephews and two nieces.
  She was also preceded in death by her brothers: Lowell (Bernie) Dock and Donald (LaVerne) Dock.
  Wanda worked for the Mercer County Auditors office as a Deputy Auditor, until her vision prohibited her from working and she retired in 1972. She was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church and a Life Member of the Celina VFW Auxiliary Post #5713. Wanda enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
Graveside services will be held at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 10:30 am with Rev. Matt Overman officiating.
  Memorial contributions can be made to the CALL Food Pantry or the Mercer County Public Library.
