* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Harold Betz
Harold S. Betz, age 66, of Fort Recovery, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born October 31, 1955, in Jay County, Indiana, to Leonard & Barbara (Armstrong) Betz. Harold and Teresa Coats were married June 30, 2008.
Teresa survives, along with his son, Jason A. Betz, of Portland, Indiana, granddaughters: Katelynn Phillips and Kylie Betz of Fort Wayne, sister, Lisa Lawhead, of Portland, sister-in-law, Stacy Fields of Celina, and brother-in-law, Dallas Todd (Sharon) Coats of Wapakoneta.
Preceding him in death were his parents, and father-in-law, Dallas Coats.
Harold was a graduate of Jay County High School, Portland, and a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He had worked at Huffy Bicycles several years, and was a Propane Truck Driver 24 years for Mercer Landmark Energy. Harold enjoyed the outdoors, deer hunting, and four-wheeling.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 1, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. Burial will follow at Friends Chapel Cemetery, near Rockford, with Graveside Military Rites conducted by Celina VFW Post #5713 and American Legion Post #210.
Calling Hours are 2:00 - 4:00 & 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 31, and an hour prior to services on Tuesday, February 1, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina. The family invites everyone to come dressed casually.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
