* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Elaine Grube
Elaine Ann Grube, 69, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 in Fort Recovery.
She was born on October 23, 1952, in Coldwater, Ohio, to the late Victor and Mary Ann (Reigelsperger) Schmackers.
In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her siblings, Gary Schmackers, Joyce Bruns, and Dale Schmackers.
Elaine was a 1970 graduate of St. Henry High School. She spent many years working as a nursing assistant throughout the surrounding areas. Elaine always had a smile on her face and she never knew a stranger. When she was not workings, Elaine enjoyed playing cards, board games, bingo, and baking, especially desserts. She liked to watch TV and go out to dinner with her family and friends. It was not uncommon for her family and friends to receive random phone calls from Elaine, she loved keeping in touch with them. Elaine was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Sharpsburg. She taught religious education for many years and started the Divine Mercy program. She was a member of the St. Henry American Legion Auxiliary Post 648, Daughters of Isabelle Circle 180 in Fort Recovery, and the Altar Rosary Sodality of St. Paul Church.
Elaine is survived by her children, Chad (Lucia) Grube of Kokomo, Indiana, Brian (Christie) Grube of West Salem, Ohio, Diane (David) Cleland of Riner Virginia, and Ken (Heather) Grube of Fort Recovery; her 11 grandchildren; her siblings, Richard (Marty) Schmackers and Janice (Jerry) Buscher, all of St. Henry, Ohio, Nancy (Denny) Muhlenkamp of Montezuma, Ohio, and Roger (Angie) Schmackers of Fort Recovery; her brother-in-law, Dave Bruns of St. Henry; and her sister-in-law, Sue Schmackers of Celina, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, January, 31, 2022, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Sharpsburg, with Father Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Guests may visit with Elaine's family on Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Monday from 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery. A Divine Mercy Chaplet will be said on Sunday, beginning at 7:00 PM.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Paul Catholic Church for Masses for the repose of her soul.
