* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bradley Goodwin
Bradley Goodwin, age 52 of Celina, Ohio, passed away on April 21, 2022 at Mercer Health Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born June 16, 1969 in Celina to Louis and June (Alexander) Goodwin.
Brad is survived by his mother, June Goodwin, Celina; a son, Dylan Goodwin, Celina; a daughter, Brittany (Cory Besecker) Mulligan, Greenville; four grandchildren, Evalynn, Odin, Alexander and Duncan; two sisters, Jody Monfort, Celina and Rita (Ed) Miller, Celina; a brother, Mark (Rhonda) Goodwin, Sidney; two nephews, Michael (Kirsten Tuckerman) Monfort, Van Wert and Tyson Goodwin, Toledo; four nieces, Wilesa Jo (John Cole) Miller, Celina, Amy (Gregg) Spry, Scott, Ohio, Mindy (Loren) Wombacher, Angola, Indiana, Stephaine (Kasey) Summers, Piqua, Ohio; three great nieces; and four great nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Louis Goodwin.
Brad graduated from Celina Senior High School in 1988. He worked most of his life as a welder. He enjoyed video games, riding horses, fishing, listening to country music and he loved animals. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will by deeply missed by all.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 12:00 pm am at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will received friends from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm before the service. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
