Floyd Kaup
Floyd L. Kaup, age 81 of Celina, passed away on Monday April 25, 2022 at the Gardens of St. Henry.
He was born December 24, 1940 in Celina to the late John & Mary (Knoth) Kaup. On February 10, 1962 he married Virginia Wuebker, who preceded him in death in 2003, after 40 years of joyful marriage.
Floyd is survived by children, Sandy & Rod Staugler of Coldwater, Jeff & Carol Kaup of Troy, Rodney Kaup of New Carlisle, Michael & Melissa Kaup of New Knoxville, Stephen & Leah Kaup of Coldwater, Mary & Brad Robinette of St. Henry, and Lizbeth & Mark Johnson of Buffalo, New York; 19 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; siblings and in-laws, Irene Hein of Coldwater, Dale & Donna Kaup of St. Anthony, Marge & Paul Steinke of Tipp City, Dick & Trish Wuebker of Centerville, Karen & Jeff Calhoun of Wellsville, Garry & Judy Wuebker of California, Mark Wuebker of Beavercreek, and Nancy Kremer of Egypt. He is also survived by Joyce Brandts of Celina.
He is preceded in death by siblings and in-laws, Adrian & Bernice Kaup, Alvin & Alma Kaup, Mark Hein, Larry Wuebker, Mary Beth Minnich, and Lori & Duane Brunswick.
Floyd was the co-founder of Mercer County Electric in Ft. Recovery where he worked for many years. Floyd enjoyed traveling, taking camping trips and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Grace Missionary Church in Celina, Ohio. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Friends may call from 3 to 7 PM on Friday April 29 at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
