Donna Randall
Mrs. Donna Jane Fahncke Randall, age 85, a resident of Auburndale went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Randall was born August 8, 1937 in Celina, Ohio to Norman Edgar Otto and Bessie (Snyder) Fahncke.
She was an Auburndale resident since 1980 coming from Ohio and a retired Registered Nurse for the Polk County Health Department. Donna was a member of the Florida Nurses Association, the First United Methodist Church in Auburndale, Polk County Fiber Guild, the First United Methodist Crafty Ladies, the First United Methodist Friendship Circle, Order of the Eastern Star, A & E Fishing Club, and Auburndale Old Timers Club. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sons - Brad Alan Randall & Douglas Jay Randall; sister in law - Doris (Ransome) Ritchie and brother in law - Lowell Schroeder.
Donna is survived by her loving & devoted family, husband of 62 years - Bill Randall of Auburndale, FL.; son - Kent W. (Kelli) Randall of Auburndale, FL.; daughter in law - Connie M. Randall of Celina, OH.; 4 sisters - Reta Schroeder, Carolyn Glock, Linda Pulskamp and Patty Johnson; 6 grandchildren - Chris (Becca) Randall, Tia (Jimmy) Carman, Gayle (David) Heindel, Kyle (Renee) Randall, Mindy (Caleb) Schaadt, and Isaac Randall; 23 great grandchildren - Jake, Liam, Spencer, Ky, Destiny, Karissa, Karsten, Cyson, Case, Carver, MacKenzie, Zane, Emery, Alexis, Brianna, Cameron, Luke, Danielle, Zoey, Quayshawn, Connor, Addie, and Louis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Donna's name: First United Methodist Church (Homeless Outreach), 316 Lake Ariana Blvd., Auburndale, FL. 33823.
A memorial service will be held 11:30 am Saturday, February 18th at Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am at the church. Lunch will follow the memorial service at the church.
