* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Christopher Plew
Christopher A. "Chris" Plew, 60, of Bluffton, Indiana, formerly of Decatur, died on Sunday, February 19, 2023 as a result of an automobile accident in Wells County, Indiana.
Chris was born in Columbia City on May 5, 1962 to Alfred L. and Elaine K. (Greider) Plew.
Chris attended Hope Missionary Church in Ossian. He was a 1980 graduate of Bellmont High school. He retired from Dana Truck Fleet and Old Dominion. Chris was a sports enthusiast, he loved the Purdue Boilermakers, Cincinnati Reds and an avid Miami Dolphin fan.
Chris is survived by his parents, Al and Elaine Plew of Decatur; a daughter, Ashley D. Germann of Celina, OH and 3 grandchildren, Hadley, Hayley and Holden.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home.
Private Graveside service will be in Decatur Cemetery with Pastor Harold Klinker officiating.
Preferred memorials are to Unfailing Love Clinic in Decatur.
