* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

FORT RECOVERY - A fire rendered a Fort Recovery home a total loss late Monday night, but its sole occupant got out and there were no injuries.
Southwest Mercer Fire Chief Kim Day said the fire at 208 Gwendolyn Street was called in at 10:50 p.m. Firefighters arrived to find the porch fully engulfed, with fire spreading through the wall into the attic. [More]
