* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dottie Lou Monroe
Dottie Lou Monroe, age 101, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at the Gardens at Celina Nursing Home.
She was born on March 28, 1922 in St. Marys, Ohio to the late Fred and Florence (Langston) Speckman. On February 14, 1944 she married Harold Monroe, who died Dec. 10, 1987.
Survivors include her three children Dennis (Carol) Monroe of Apex, N.C., Janice Bourelle of Celina, Marsha (Allan) Pippenger of Dayton, six grandchildren, Eleven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and her sister-in-law Marilyn Speckman of St. Marys.
Dottie was preceded in death by her parents, husband a grandchild, brother Jerry Speckman, two sisters Evelyn (Homer) Huston, Virginia (Leon) Jung and son-in-law James Bourelle.
She was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina. She was a Founding Member of the Mercer County Elks, a member of the Celina Athletic Booster Club and a member of the Bridge Club.
Dottie retired form the Mercer County AAA as a travel agent. She enjoyed playing golf, playing bridge, bowling and baking.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00a.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Private family burial will follow in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
A time of visiting for friends and family will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00a.m. on Tuesday morning at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family would like contributions to be made to the American Heart Association P.O. Box 840692 Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
