Periods of light to moderate snowfall will continue through the late evening hours, leading to reduced visibilities. Additionally, light accumulations are possible on untreated roads and walkways, leading to slick spots developing overnight as pavement temperatures continue to fall. If traveling, use extra caution by reducing speed and allowing for extra time to reach your destination.

Dean Bollenbacher
Dean Paul Bollenbacher, age 86, of Celina, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023, at the Gardens at Celina.
Born January 24, 1937, in Rockford, he was the son of the late Albert and Lillian (Deitsch) Bollenbacher.
Dean married Mary Ann Krall on November 20, 1965, and she survives, along with their two sons: Brent Bollenbacher of Tampa, Florida and Brian & Deb Bollenbacher of Celina, and a granddaughter, Alysha (TJ) Caudill and their son, Brody.
After graduating from Rockford High School in 1955, Dean served in the US Army, stationed in Germany. He retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation after 20 years of service. Dean was an avid horseman. He trained and raced harness horses at local fairs and raceways for many years. Dean was most well-known for his talented mare, Scotch Ricky. Dean was a member of Celina VFW Post #5713, and enjoyed playing cards there with the other Veterans. He was also a big fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds.
Private graveside services were held at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina. Ronnie Hagaman officiated.
