Michigan woman pleads, dodges serious sex charges

CELINA - A Michigan woman originally charged with attempted rape and additional juvenile sex crimes was sentenced to a $2,250 fine in Mercer County Court of Common Pleas on Tuesday.
Michelle Duncan, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree misdemeanor obstructing official business, fourth-degree misdemeanor criminal trespass and fourth-degree disorderly conduct. [More]
Area man sentenced

CELINA - A Celina man was sentenced to nearly five years in prison on charges including tampering with evidence and drug possession in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday afternoon.
Kyle K. K. Klosterman, 35, was sentenced to 59 months incarceration on two counts of third-degree felony tampering with evidence, one count of fifth-degree possession of drugs and one count of fourth-degree felony failure to appear. He previously pled guilty to the charges. [More]
