* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Rutledge
Mr. Robert "Bob" Lee Rutledge, 78, of Jacksonville passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
Mr. Rutledge is preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Hirschy; brother, Gary Rutledge; and parents, Keith and Betty Rutledge.
Mr. Rutledge was a native of Rockford, Ohio and retired from Goodyear after 34 years of service. He enjoyed watching football and attending football games. He was a 1964 graduate of Parkway High School where he also played high school football and was proud to be part of a group called "The Half Ton of Fun". In his senior year of high school, his football team was the only team to beat Celina Football. After his playing days, he spent many years coaching high school football. Mr. Rutledge was an avid lover of animals, and had a deep love for his dogs and granddogs. He was loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Kathy McGough Rutledge; son, Robert "Dusty" Charles Rutledge and wife, Jennifer; son-in-law, Kurtt Hirschy; grandchildren, Elizabeth Burns and Maegan Brockman and husband, Robert; great granddaughter, Lilly Thomas; sister, Ruth Armstrong and husband, Mike; brother, Keith Rutledge and wife, Anita; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org/donate) in Bob's name.
