Light snow will continue to move through the region early this morning with the passage of a cold front. Minor snow accumulations are expected. Additionally, some very patchy freezing fog may develop. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Joseph Brest
Joseph M. "Sonny" Brest, 79, of Celina, Ohio passed away on Saturday Oct. 7, 2023 at the Celina Manor.
He was born on September 9, 1944, the son of Joseph M. and Elizabeth (Spirk) Brest in Dayton, Ohio. On May 30, 2014 he married Sharon L. Burns, who survives living in Celina.
He is also survived by his sister Elizabeth (Dick) Wallace of Chesterfield, Missouri, two nieces Carolyn Wallace, Linda Ratliff and families.
He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother and his brother Tommy Brest.
Sonny was a 1963 graduate of the Wayne High School in Dayton. He proudly served his country in the United State Army for two years, during the Vietnam War. Where he earned his Purple Heart for his service. He was employed as a Commercial Metal Fabricator in Dayton, until he retired. Sonny was a member of the Disabled Veterans, the Patriot Guard and the Hog Club of Xenia. He attended the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina.
A visitation will be held for family and friends from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio. His wishes were to be cremated and to be laid to rest in the Dayton National Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 3400 W. Elm St. Lima, Ohio 45807.
