Nancy Hawk Jenkins, 80, died at Carlisle Manor in New Carlisle, Ohio on Sept. 29, 2023 at 4:00 pm. She had suffered from several health issues.

Nancy was born January 9, 1943 in Gibbons Hospital, Celina, Ohio to the late Rex and Ethel (Bolenbaugh) Hawk.

She is survived by her brother; John Hawk; and her sisters, Lucretia Fritzinger and Peggy Williams.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Jenkins; and her son, Eric Haverstock.

Nancy donated her body to the Boonshoft School of Medicine at the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio.

A joyful celebration of life was held at the Olive Garden in Centerville, Ohio on October 15th. Friends and family celebrated by remembering Nancy by telling stories of love and deeds with Nancy over the many years.
