Gloria Rempe
Gloria Joy Rempe, 84, of St. Marys, Ohio died at 5 a.m. Saturday March 9, 2024 at Miller Place in Celina, Ohio.
She was born June 8, 1939 in St. Marys, Ohio to Carl and Nadine (Miller) Dickerson. On December 23, 1960 in Decatur, IN she married Thomas H. Rempe, who survives.
Also survived by: daughter Janean (Jim) Reish of Clarendon, Texas; son Randy (Brenda) Rempe of St. Marys, Ohio; four grandchildren: Angie Reish, David Reish, Erin Rempe, Ethan Rempe; and six great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: parents Carl and Nadine Dickerson and granddaughter Emily Kaye Rempe.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1957). A homemaker, she also worked at the G.C. Murphy Co. and Lane Drugs, both in St. Marys. Her favorite pastime was reading.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at the Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, 314 W. High Street, in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation noon-2 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
