* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pamela Brown
Pamela E. Brown, age 58, of Uniontown, passed away unexpectedly Friday, April 19, 2024.
She was born January 6, 1966, in St. Marys, Ohio, to William and Ann (Koester) Ernst.
She graduated from Minster High School in 1984, attended Malone College and received her bachelor's degree in marketing from Coastal Carolina University. Pam was currently a human resource specialist at Western Reserve in Cuyahoga Falls. Pam's personality was contagious. She cared deeply for her kids and had such strong love for family and friends. She was so joyful, caring, and full of life. She loved the beach, running (she was a high school long jump state champion), and all animals, especially her fur-babies, Snooki and Tinsley.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by daughter, granddaughter and boyfriend, Sydney Brown (Shiloh Gardiner, Jason Gardiner); son and girlfriend, William Brown (Mary Gutbrod); sisters, Kelly (Rich) Kinninger, Sandra (Marc) Baker, Christine (Tom) Shetler; nieces and nephews, and ex-husband Blake Brown.
A Celebration of Life service will be Tuesday 2 p.m., at First Christian Church, 6900 Market Ave N., Canton, Ohio 44709 with Bradley Clark officiating. A reception will follow the service. Please, if you would like, bring a picture of a memory otherwise there will be a card box to write down your favorite memory with Pam.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are requested to her children and grandchild for future expenses dealing with Pam's estate.
