* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Reta Schroeder
Reta Mae Schroeder, age 85 of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born on March 9, 1939 to the late Norman E.O. and Bessie (Snyder) Fahncke in Chattanooga, Ohio. On September 24, 1960, she married Lowell L. Schroeder who passed away on June 12, 2008.
She is survived by her loving children; Kim (Dave) Langenkamp of Coldwater, Karla (Steve) Kessler of Celina, Karen (William) Miller of Celina, eight grandchildren; Kendall (Joe) Alig, Eryn (Quinn) Staugler, Taylor (Dalton) Goubeaux, Bryce Langenkamp, Luke (Ariel) Kessler, Abby (Brad) Seibert, Steffan (Andrea) Miller, Ren Miller, sister Linda (Frank) Pulskamp of Ostrander, and brothers-in-law Jeff Johnson of Mendon, and William Randall of Auburndale, FL.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Reta was preceded in death by her sisters Donna Randall, Carolyn S. Glock, Patty Johnson.
Reta graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1957. Then she received her Registered Nursing Degree from Lima Memorial School of Nursing in 1960. After thirty plus years of Nursing she retired from the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was a very active member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Coldwater. She loved to volunteer; at the senior citizens, Church Ice Cream Social and at nursing homes in the Celina area. She enjoyed playing cards with the card club, sharing her musical talent by playing the piano and accordion. She loved traveling, stacking fire wood, gardening and growing flowers.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, December 9, 2024 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Coldwater, with Rev. Robin Owens officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery in Wabash.
Friends and Family may call from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and an hour before Reta's service on Monday at the Church.
