Very strong wind gusts and dry soil is leading to areas of blowing dust across the area. This is causing visibility to be reduced to one mile or less in localized area.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
As winds slowly decrease late this afternoon into the evening, blowing dust should diminish.

Carey Huston
Carey A. Huston, age 64, of Celina, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born July 19, 1960, in Celina, to the late Glenn & Martha (Grace) Huston. Carey and Donna Vann were married on June 6, 1980. Donna survives, along with their daughters: Rachel Huston and Jessica Huston, both of Celina; grandchildren: Jamie (Noah), Karry-Ann, Lillea, Isaiah, and Max; great grandchildren: Oliver, Parklynn, Theodore, and Zayden; and his brothers & sisters: Garry Huston, Tammie Vaughn, Tommy (Donna) Huston, and Robert (Alice) Huston, all of Celina.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister.
After attending Celina High School, Carey worked for Celina City Schools for 40 years, serving as a Custodian and Maintenance worker. Carey enjoyed fishing, hunting, and vacationing in Michigan. He enjoyed talking to people, and never met a stranger. Most of all, Carey treasured spending time with his family.
Calling Hours will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, on Thursday, December 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 2:30, with Pastor Matt Overman, officiating.
Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina. The family invites everyone to please dress casually.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a Charity of the Donor's Choice.
