2nd Mercer bird flu outbreak recorded

CELINA - For the second time this week, the National Veterinary Services Laboratory confirmed a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) detection in Mercer County. The case reported Wednesday involved 10,434 commercial turkeys, according to the Ohio Department of Agriculture's HPAI web page.

Petition asks Fort to annex 7.4 acres
