* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia White
Patricia (Patsy) Ruth White, aged 96, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025, at Coventry Meadows Memory Care in Fort Wayne, IN.
Patsy was born on February 12, 1929 in Zanesville, Ohio to her late parents, George and Nina Kerr.
She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie (Dano) Vannette of Fort Wayne, IN; daughter-in-law, Patricia White of Celina, Ohio; grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Amanda (Mike) Stanzel and James of Kitchner, Ontario, Canada; Matthew (Jennifer) Vannette, Gabriel, and Malachi of Midland, Michigan; Michael (Kathy) Vannette, Sienna, Sylvia, and Sawyer of Noblesville, IN; Kristen (Seth) Kerns, Ian and Logan of Celina, OH; Kyle (Julia) White of Columbus, Ohio; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean F. White; her son, Dean A. (Scooter) White; and her sister and brother-in-law, Billie Lou and Robert Rusk.
Patsy was a proud graduate of Zanesville High School and dedicated homemaker who took immense pride in raising her children. She was an active and sociable member of the Celina community, contributing to its vibrancy. Patsy was involved in numerous local organizations, she was a life member of both the Muskingum Chapter #485, Order of Eastern Star in Zanesville and lota Gamma Sorority in Celina. She was also a passionate supporter of Celina City Schools, with a particular love for their basketball program, which she supported wholeheartedly.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, Ohio. A private family burial will take place at North Grove Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County and/or Mercer County Council On Aging.
