Rosalie Hoover
Rosalie M. Hoover, age 85, of Ludlow Falls, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Hospice of Miami County.
She was born on October 7, 1939 to Maurice and Ina (Johnson) Mote in Miami County, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She will be missed and remembered by her husband of 63 years, John Hoover; daughter Linda (Everett) Lang of Brussels, Wisconsin; grandchildren Caleb (Alyssa) Lang of Hilham, Tennessee, Esther (Joshua) Smith of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Taylor, Micah, Hannah, Peter, David, Martha Lang of Brussels, Wisconsin; her brother Nic (Jane) Mote; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosalie was 1957 graduate of Milton-Union High school. She received her Bachelor's degree from Defiance College and her Master's degree from St. Francis. She taught 1st grade for many years in Celina.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, West Milton.
The family will receive friends from 5-7PM on Thursday, March 27 at the funeral home.
