CELINA - Under the direction of Fizzy Sips, an area business-on-wheels making a splash with its handcrafted sodas, a new fall jubilee will debut Oct. 11, welcoming a host of food and craft vendors and kids activities to parts of the Bryson Park District along Lake Shore Drive.

ST. HENRY - At Monday night's St. Henry Village Council meeting, officials reported there has been no significant progress on the long-delayed weather radar project while confirming that major improvements to the village's North Park athletic courts will begin next month.

CELINA - Several people were arrested in Mercer County last week on criminal indictments related to strangulation, failure to comply and safecracking, among other charges.

COLDWATER - Coldwater village councilors learned at Monday's meeting that the major projects in the village are finished for the year.

Finance director Jason Eyink said he received the bills for the street contract project and the courts project at Memorial Park.
