* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 724 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Sidney, Piqua, Bellefontaine, Kenton, Ada, West Milton, Versailles, Covington, Newport, Bradford, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Pleasant Hill, Botkins and Lakeview.

Gayle Gibbons
Gayle L. Gibbons, 76, of Rockford, died on Sept. 25, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home and Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Bill Halter officiating. Burial will follow at Willshire Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
