At 605 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over New Knoxville, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Fort Shawnee, New Bremen, Minster, Cridersville, Botkins, New Knoxville, Waynesfield, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Fryburg, Lake Loramie State Park, St. Johns, and Bulkhead.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 104 and 118.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Billy Ellis
Billy Joseph Ellis, 61, of Berne, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025 at his residence.
He was born on December 31, 1963 in Celina, Ohio to the late Donald F. and Lillie (Wessels) Ellis.  
He worked at Peyton Northern in Bluffton, Indiana, for 20 years. Billy enjoyed watching football and baseball. In his free time, he enjoyed taking his dog, Rocky for walks.
Survivors include his brother, Donald Ellis Jr. of Celina, Ohio; brother, Gary (Beverly) Ellis of Celina, Ohio; sister, Terrie (Dave) Sovine of Decatur, Indiana; sister. Janice (Larry) Thornton of Rockford, Ohio; many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Private family graveside services will be held at North Grove Cemetery in Celina, Ohio, with Pastor Lee Ellis and Pastor Brad Buckley officiating.
