* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Gerald Roth
Gerald P. "Jerry" Roth, age 75, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Celina Manor.
He was born on March 13, 1951, in Mercer County to the late Ralph and Ruth (Bergman) Roth.
Jerry is survived by his brother, Thomas Roth of Celina; his niece, Andrea (Erik) Seiser of Kettering; and his great-nephews, Nathan and Brady Seiser, also of Kettering.
He was a 1970 graduate of Immaculate Conception Catholic High School in Celina and went on to earn an associate degree in liberal arts from Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio. Jerry dedicated many years of his working life to McKirnan Brothers in Celina and later worked as a cook at the Waffle House in Wapakoneta, where he was well known for his strong work ethic and friendly presence before retiring.
Jerry enjoyed reading, fishing, attending the annual Bigfoot Festival, and watching professional wrestling.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
