* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Andrew Counts
Andrew Lee Counts, 80, of Saint Marys, Ohio, died peacefully at 9:50 P.M. Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Briarwood Nursing Home, Coldwater, Ohio after an 11 year battle with Parkinson's disease.
He was born on April 4th, 1945 in Anna, Ohio to the late Victor and Lucille (Steinle)Counts. Presided in death were 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
Andrew is survived by two children, John Andrew (Tammy) Counts of Maysville, KY and Julie Renee (Brandon Unger) Counts of Sidney, one Grandson, John Patrick Counts of Dublin, OH and his Significant Other of 20+ years Barb Samaniego of St. Mary's, OH along with her Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Dan Counts, of Alabama and many nieces and nephews.
Andrew was a graduate of Anna High School, class of 1963. He later graduated in 1975 from Sinclair Community College with his Associates Degree. He proudly served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War on the USS Newman K. Perry from 1963 to 1967 with an Honorable Discharge.
Religion and The Lord were very important to him. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds, Bengals and Ohio State Buckeyes Fan. He enjoyed yardwork, feeding birds, watching his grandson play sports, time with his family, his significant other, Barb and her family. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
He was a former member of the Sidney American Legion, the Sidney VFW, the Sidney Moose Lodge and St. John's Lutheran Church in Sidney.
Funeral rites will be held 12:00 noon Monday, March 23, 2026, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, Pastor Jordan Martin, officiant. Burial, with military honors presented by VFW Post 9289 and American Legion Post 323, will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services on Monday at the funeral home.
