* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Carla Bayman
Carla Bayman, 73, of New Knoxville, Ohio, died 6:05 P.M. Friday, June 19, 2026, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 12, 1953, in Lima, Ohio, the daughter of William and Eloise (Barnes) Witherow. She married Patrick Bayman on September 11, 1972, in Wapakoneta, Ohio, and he survives in New Knoxville.
She is also survived by her son, George Bayman of New Knoxville; by her grandchildren: Parker, Camden, Aquina, and Nathan. She is survived by her siblings: Nancy Harruff of Celina; Diane Joseph of New Carlisle, Ohio; Geri Roberts of Celina; Tracy Mines of Lima; Michael Kemp of Holland; Cheri Rhoda of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her son, Jade Bayman.
Carla attended school in Spencerville. She had worked at Huffy's in Celina and as a nurse's aide at Grande Lake Health Care Center. She retired from Auglaize Acres.
She enjoyed quilting, making ceramics and traveling the country with Pat, giving her testimony about the redemptive love of Christ. She and Pat are members of Northtown Church of God in Sidney.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, Pastor Carl McNeil and Pastor Judy Baker, officiants. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 2-6 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
