Crews were at work demolishing the structure on the northeast corner of Market and Enterprise streets Monday evening. The building is owned by Bruce Lockwood, owner of Custom Rods and Muscles Auto Sales on Havemann Road, who has unspecified plans for a new building on the site, according to Celina Mayor Jeff Hazel. Lockwood previously operated Lockwood Performance in the old building at Market and Enterprise before moving it to Havemann as part of his classic car shop in 2015. According to neighbors, the building was home to an automotive business for many years before that and was one of the oldest buildings in Celina.
